Jacob E. Folker

Jacob E. Folker, 57, of Goshen, died at his home Sunday evening, November 30, 2014. He had been ill the past four years. He was born in Goshen February 8, 1957 to Richard and Dorothy (Madlem) Folker. He is survived by a brother, Michael Folker of South Bend and a sister, Patricia McNeal of Goshen. He was preceded in death his parents and longtime companion Carolyn Waltz. Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory. There will be no services.
