Jackson "Jack" Welton Kitzmiller

July 16, 1933 — May 24, 2008

Jackson Welton Kitzmiller, 74, of Goshen, died at his home on Saturday morning, May 24, 2008. He was born in Elk Garden, West Virginia on July 16, 1933 to Perry and Delphia (Pancake) Kitzmiller.  He married Joan C. Marker in 1957, in Elkins, West Virginia, and they divorced in 1967.  He then married Beverly Moore on July 5, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She survives. Mr. Kitzmiller moved to Goshen 30 years ago.  He owned and operated KICO, an independent supplier for the RV industry.  A veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of the McCoole, Maryland VFW; the Piedmont, West Virginia American Legion and attended the Potomac State College. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; two daughters, Keli (Charles Robert) Brown of Camden, South Carolina, and Krista (Alan) Best of Rootstown, Ohio; a son, Scott W. Kitzmiller of Bristol, Indiana; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Marjorie Gummo and Marilyn “Babs” Brewster. Friends may call 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 27 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Additional visitation and services will be held in Keyser, West Virginia. Burial will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, West Virginia. Memorial contributions may be made to Goshen Care at Home Hospice.
