Jack Phillip Lambright

Jack Phillip Lambright, 59, of Madison, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center, Louisville, Kentucky.

He was born April 18, 1964 in Elkhart.

He is survived by his mother, Marie (Prince) Lambright of Goshen; two children, Jacob (Abbie) Lambright of Goshen and Sarah Lambright of Billings, Montana; a granddaughter, Penelope Lambright; and four siblings, Deb (Willy) Miller of Shipshewana, Susie (James) Cassel of Irving, Texas, Gary Smith of Goshen and Mike (Cheryl) Smith of Nappanee.

He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Lambright; a sister, Rena Jones and two brothers, Carl and John Lambright.

Jack was an avid Harley-Davidson, Jeep and Miami Dolphins fan. He was fascinated with anything that had skulls.

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will be Friday, March 22 from 1 until the 3 p.m. memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Jon Rauch will officiate.
