Ivan Gulewicz, 57, died unexpectedly Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Goshen Hospital.
He was born August 6, 1965 in Lviv, Ukraine to Anatoliy and Maria (Shlynta) Gulewicz.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara (Leshchuk); a daughter, Sophia Gulewicz; a son, Demetrius Gulewicz; his mother, Maria and one brother.
A member of the Slavic Baptist Church, Mr. Gulewicz was a certified nursing assistant in the healthcare industry for many years.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a 10 a.m. funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 9, 2022.
Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
