Irma M. Yoder, 83, of Goshen died early Thursday morning, May 9, 2013 at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born April 23, 1930 in North Webster, to William Henry and Amanda (Miller) Miller. On October 14, 1950 she married Enos D. Yoder at Griner Mennonite Church, Middlebury. He died August 25, 2010. She is survived by her eight children, James (Cheryl) Yoder, of Goshen, Lois (Duane) Miller, of New Paris, Nina (David) Stoltzfus, of Lititz, Pennsylvania, Enos Jr. (Monica) Yoder, of Goshen, John (Janine) Yoder, of Ellensburg, Washington, Steven (Tina) Yoder, of Goshen, Daniel (Karen) Yoder, of Goshen, and Mark (Cindy) Yoder, of Carmel; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Catherine Brenneman, of Dowagiac, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a great-grandson, Luque Petersheim; her brothers, Roman, Sam, Bill, and Albert Miller; and her sisters, Lydia Bontrager, Marion Liechty, Alma Miller, Sovinah Schrock, and Wilma Yoder. Mrs. Yoder was a lifetime area homemaker who was known for her beautiful wedding cakes. She was a member of Mt. Joy Mennonite Church, Goshen. Visitation will be held 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, Funeral service at Mt. Joy Mennonite Church. Pastor Ben Shirk, of Mt. Joy, and her nephew, Pastor Gary Miller, of Maple City Chapel, will officiate. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial donations may be given to the church.
