Irene Mcgill

Irene Plank McGill, 83, of Goshen, went home to be with her Lord, Wednesday, November 11, 2020.

She was born January 25, 1937 in Garnett, Kansas to Jake and Elizabeth (Yoder) Plank.

She is survived by two children, Scott (Diana) McGill and Chery McGill Rogers, both of Millersburg; three grandsons, Seth (Ember) Kneis of Merrillville, Michael (Abbiey) McGill of Centralia, Illinois and Cory (Hailey) McGill of South Korea; a sister, Wilma Musselman of Goshen; three nieces, Linda Weirich, Barb Musselman and Valerie Mullen and a nephew, Brian (Lisa) Weirich.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Edna Weirich.

An area resident since 1949, Mrs. McGill worked at Salem Bank for 17 years, Goshen Collection Service for 14 years and retired from Quality Glass after 15 years.

A 1955 graduate of Millersburg High School, she was a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, Goshen and was a longtime volunteer at Goshen Hospital and the Hospital Auxiliary.

Private services and burial will be held.
