Ingrid Skinner

Ingrid P. Skinner, 71, died peacefully on Monday, July 8, at her home. She was born December 10, 1952 in Chicago, to Joseph Emmett and Phyllis (Rudziewiez) Spence.

Ingrid married Timothy L. Skinner on June 27, 1981 in Chicago. He survives, along with a son, Thomas (Alyssa) Skinner, Lafayette, and daughter, Kelsey Joy Skinner, Goshen; a grandson, Conrad Skinner; brother-in-law Dan Conroy; and a niece and nephew. Mrs. Skinner was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Barbara Conroy.

Ingrid was a 1971 graduate of Lakeview High School in Chicago. She was the owner and operator of Best Sweeping Inc. from 1992-2017. She had also worked as a secretary at the Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago for 17 years.

Memorial contributions may be given to Goshen Home Care and Hospice.
