Ina Irene Clark, 87, of Goshen, died late Tuesday night, July 3, 2007, at her home after an extended illness. She was born June 14, 1920, in Westphalia, Kansas, to John Marion and Elizabeth (Filburn) Nead. She married Raymond Freeman Clark on April 14, 1943, in Menomonie, Wisconsin. He died May 1989. A homemaker and long time area resident, Mrs. Clark was a member of the Old German Baptist Church. She is survived by three sons, James John Clark, and Leroy Jacob (Dale) Clark, both of Goshen, and William Reed (Merry) Clark of Rock Hill, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Carl (Doris) Nead of Garnett, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; three brothers, Lester, Richard and Paul Nead; three sisters, Nancy and Daisy Nead and Alpha Blocker. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 6, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 9:00 a.m. prayer service will be held on Saturday, July 7, at the funeral home prior to the 10:00 a.m. funeral at the Old German Baptist Church. Elder Paul Stull and the Home Brethren Ministry will officiate. Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
