Hubert "Mike" Havens

Hubert “Mike” Havens, 74 of Milford passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Esther’s Hospice House, Elkhart.

He was born May 3, 1952 in West Liberty, Kentucky to Clayton and Daisy (Murphy) Havens.

On November 4, 1989 he married Cheryl (Hodson) in Syracuse. She died October 6, 2015.

Survivors include two children, Cory (Christi) Havens of Middlebury and Carmen (Jon) Dielman of Gilead; grandchildren, Cruz, Coco, Croy of Middlebury, Brook (Sara) Sarver of Crawfordsville, Levi (Michelle) Dielman of Rockwood, Tennessee, Candace (Josh) Roth of Noblesville, and Bryce (Amy) Dielman of Gilead; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Avery, and Callan Sarver, Madison and Liam Dielman, Baker, Blake and Bennett Roth, and Emmett, and Everly Dielman; and his sister Ruth Hamilton, who resides in Elkhart.

Along with his parents and wife, Cheryl, Mike is proceeded in death by six of seven siblings; Ralph Havens, Junior Havens, Billy Joe Havens, Donald Havens, James Havens and Betty Eby.

Mr. Havens was a faithful employee at Chore Time Brock. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Mike always made sure family, friends, and even neighbors were taken care of.

Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2026 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. A 10 a.m. funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 14, 2026 also at the funeral home. Pastor Michael Silliman of Grace Community Church will officiate.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
