Hillary Jan Chrisman-White

Hillary Jan Chrisman-White, 62, of Goshen, passed away suddenly January 25, 2023, at Elkhart Hospital.

She was born December 20, 1960 in Goshen.

On December 17, 2010, she married Thomas White.

He survives along with her father, Carroll G. Chrisman of Goshen; a sister-in-law, Lisa Chrisman of Goshen; a niece Chelsea (Christopher) Curtis, a nephew, Clayton Chrisman and a great-nephew, Aiden Curtis with a great niece on the way.  She is also survived by a step-daughter Nicole (Jason) Smith and two step-grandsons, Tyler and Jacob Smith, all of Mission, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Monna R. (Dorsett) Chrisman and a brother, Christopher Chrisman.

A 1979 graduate of Goshen High School, Hillary attended Ivy Tech, South Bend.  A dedicated worker, she started her work career as a surveyor and moved on to consulting for Abonmarche.  A lover of animals, she had pets of all kinds.

Friends will be received at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 4 p.m., for an informal time of visiting.  A memorial service will follow the Open House at 5 p.m.  Rev. Douglas Henkel will officiate.

Cremation and inurnment will be later at Brown Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be given to Elkhart County Humane Society.
