Heather Marie Jackson, 50, of Bristol, passed away peacefully at home Friday, June 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of family.

She was born May 16, 1975 in La Porte to Stuart Randall and Kathy (Merkel) Jackson.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Kathy and Dale Christopher; four children, Alicia Lewis of Bristol, Augusta Upp of Elkhart, Dalton Jackson of Bristol and Shelby Hodges of Tippecanoe; three grandchildren, Tanner Harris, Mason Benner and Chanel Long; and four siblings, Timothy (Amanda) Jackson of Niles, Michigan, Randi Jackson Rudynski of Tyner, Harley (Cheyanne) Jackson of Tyner, and Raven Jackson of Hammond.

She was preceded in death by her father, Stuart Randall Jackson.

A vibrant soul with a passion for creativity and the great outdoors, Heather lived a life rich in joy, companionship, and unwavering faith.

She attended Granger Community Church, Heather found strength and solace in her spiritual community. Her hands were rarely still, always engaged in the art of crafting. She was a beloved member of the TESH crafting group, a circle of friends she affectionately referred to as her "sisters." Their bond, forged through shared creativity and laughter, was a testament to Heather's ability to connect deeply with others.

Heather's love for nature was evident in her passion for camping, finding peace and adventure under open skies. She also cherished her furry companions, her beloved dogs Romeo, Jewels, Kali, and Gemma, who were truly members of her family.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.

Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
