Heather D. Hammond

Dallas, Texas – Heather D. Hammond, 31, formerly of Goshen, died Saturday, July 10, 2021.

She was born Oct. 19, 1989 in Monticello, Kentucky.

Survivors include a husband, Reyes Carlos Morales; children, Lexis and Thomas Bratcher, Adrian and Imania Hammond, and Azaliah and Yareli Morales; her father, Edward (Makayla) Hammond; her mother Tabitha Melton; and a brother, Ray Edward Hammond.

Visitation will be at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, one hour prior to the 2:30 p.m. graveside service Thursday, July 22 at Elkhart Prairie Cemetery.
