Heather L. Davis, 32, of Goshen died unexpectedly of natural causes Monday afternoon, December 28, 2015.
She was born March 30, 1983 in Terre Haute to David and Kimberly (Price) Davis.
Survivors include her parents, Kimberly and David of Goshen; her significant other Victor Compos of Goshen; four sons, Austin Davis, Anthony Ramos, Alex Parga and Frank Davis, all at home; two sisters, Holly Davis (Todd Vidmar) and Ashley Davis (Adam Mingucha) both of Goshen; grandparents, Sharon and Chuck Turner of Terre Haute; an uncle, Rene Macias of Goshen; and four nieces and three nephews.
Heather was a member of Moose Lodge #836, Goshen.
Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
A memorial service will be held at the Moose Lodge at a later date.
