Heather N. Bailey

Heather N. Bailey, 27, of Goshen died Monday, January 30, 2023 in South Bend.

She was born June 15, 1995 in Goshen to Michael and Mary (Baker) Neal.

They survive along with a daughter, Delilah Neal; a brother, Michael Neal; and a sister, Katrina Ann (Matt) Miller of LaGrange.

She enjoyed skateboarding and having the wind in her hair. Heather was outgoing and funny, a joy to be around.

Heather was a valued member of her family; her smile was infectious. Her greatest joy came from her daughter, Delilah.
