Harley D. Mast, 93, of Goshen, died July 3, 2019, at home.
He was born September 27, 1925 in Topeka to Dan and Lydia (Schrock) Mast.
On December 18, 1947 he married Laura Ellen Miller in Goshen. She died August 27, 1987. He later married Rachel (Mishler) Whitehead on March 20, 1993. She died September 31, 2007.
Survivors include three children, Duane (Diane) Mast of Millersburg, Fern Mast of Goshen and Nancy (Lennis) Troyer of Burr Oak, Michigan; four step-sons, Kirby (Jane), Gary (Barb), Bob and Jim (Sally) Whitehead; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; six sisters, Anna Miller of Goshen, Mary (Chris) Stoltzfus of Goshen, Edna (Wayne) Schrock of Catlett, Virginia, Wilma Lelek of Opelika, Alabama, Elma (Ervin) Bontrager of Goshen and Fran (Craig) Lucias of Denver, Colorado; and three brothers, Jerry (Edna) Mast of Kokomo, Freeman (Fannie) Mast of Utica, Ohio and Elva (Jean) Mast of Goshen.
Along with his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Gayle Anderson and two siblings, Viola Wickey and Henry Mast.
A lifetime area resident, Mr. Mast farmed.
He was a member of Clinton Frame Church where visitation will be held 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2019, and 9:30 to 10:15 a.m., Saturday. A 10:30 a.m. Saturday funeral service will be conducted at the church with burial following in Clinton Union Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to MCC or Clinton Frame Church.
