Gregory Winegardner

Gregory Albert Winegardner, 56, of Goshen, Indiana, passed away on April 8, 2026, at his residence.

He was born on July 25, 1969, in Lima, Ohio, to Larry Winegardner and Bessie (DeRossett) Swartz.

Gregory was the owner of Spectrum Covenant Carpet Cleaning Services and was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to those he served. He enjoyed golfing, cheering on Ohio State, and spending time with his grandchildren, who brought him great joy. He was a member of the Forged men’s group through his church and valued the relationships he built there. Above all, Gregory always made time for his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Danielle Edwards; his father, Larry (Rhonda) Winegardner; his children, Jacklyn (Ryan) Christian, Elisha Winegardner, Lydia Winegardner, Riley Swift, Mary Welker, and Solomon Edwards; his grandchildren, Ellen, Beckham, and Kimber; his siblings, Julie Marvin, Larry (DeAnn) Winegardner, and Christopher (Lynn) Winegardner; his grandmother, Helen Klopfenstein; his stepfather, David Swartz; and his stepmother, Rhonda Winegardner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie (DeRossett) Swartz; his son, Nathaniel Winegardner; and his late wife, Kimberly Winegardner.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Nfluence Church, 14719 IN-23, Granger, Indiana.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 12 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Only Believe Church in Botkins, Ohio. Burial will be held at Ada Woodlawn Cemetery in Ada, Ohio.
