Gregory L. Long

October 28, 1946 — August 30, 2024

Gregory L. Long, 77, of Millersburg died Friday, August 30, 2024 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born October 28, 1946 in Goshen.

Survivors include his wife, Debra A. (Frazier) Long and a son, Robert Long, both of Millersburg; two sisters, Lane Ann Buckner and Laurel (Paul) Spurgeon, both of Goshen; and several nieces and nephews.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Long; his mother, Ruth H. (Miller) Walker; and a brother, Barry Long.

A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Long served in Vietnam during the war. He worked as a technical writer for the R.V. industry.

Greg was a member of the former American Legion in Millersburg. He enjoyed nature, especially bird watching; cooking, photography, and exploring family genealogy.

He had a great sense of humor and will be remembered as a loving husband and father.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 10 a.m. until the 12 noon funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Tyler will officiate.

Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery, Millersburg.
