Gregory A. Lehr

Gregory A. Lehr, 68, of Goshen, passed away Wednesday evening, December 21, 2016.

He was born on March 3, 1948 in York, Pennsylvania to E. Sargent and Thelma (Henze) Lehr.

On March 29, 1966 he married Jacquelyn “Jackie” Maske in Townsend, Maryland.

She survives along with their children, Troy (Lisa) Lehr, Kim (Kit) Castetter, and Jennifer Lehr, all of Goshen; 10 grandchildren, Lauren, Alec, Olivia, Morgan, Aubrey, Andrew, Alayna, Adyson, Kelli and Kevin; seven great grandchildren; a sister, Barbara A. (R. James) Knight, and a niece, Jamie Minnich, both of York, Pennsylvania.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a niece, Tracy Bogaczyk; and a grandson, Cris Castetter.

Greg worked for Duplex in York, Pennsylvania where his job was then transferred to Goshen in 1975.  He continued work for Duplex for 30 years in management before retiring from Capital Adhesives in Mooresville.

He attended Grace Community Church and was a member of the former Goshen Jaycees, where he was active in the “Clothe a Child Program”.  He was also a member of Maplecrest County Club in Goshen and Spring Run Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida. He was a faithful Goshen High School “Redskin” fan.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 3 p.m. prior to the 4 p.m. Celebration of Life at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.  Rev. Father Larry Biller, St. James’ Episcopal Church, a family friend, will officiate.

Cremation will take place and burial will be at a later date.
