Gregory Noah Fiandt, 62, of Goshen, passed away, Saturday, December 15, 2018, at his home.
He was born February 13, 1956 in Maryville, Missouri, to Max and Joy (Bailey) Fiandt.
He married Gail Hermeling and they have remained close friends. They had a son, Maxwell Dean, born February 27, 1990. He died March 3, 2010.
Greg is survived by his parents, Max and Joy Fiandt; three brothers, Arick, (Janet) Fiandt, Christopher (Nancy) Fiandt and Bradley (Debra) Fiandt; a sister, Jewel (John) Sawatsky; six nieces and five nephews.
He graduated from Ball State University and lived in north Georgia for most of his life. He lived and worked for many years at the Quinn House, a rehab home, overseeing the daily operations of this Christian ministry. He moved back in the fall of 2013 and several years later started his battle with cancer.
He was a member of Middlebury United Methodist Church where a memorial service will be conducted Sunday, December 30, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., following the regular 9 a.m. worship service.
