Grace "Penny" Marie Minnich

Grace “Penny” Marie Minnich, 59, of Goshen, died June 22, 2020, at her home, surrounded by family, after a battle with melanoma cancer.

She was born November 22, 1960 in Goshen to Richard “Red” and Beulah (Yates) Amsden.

On July 14, 1985 she married Stephen R. Minnich.

He survives along with two daughters, Tabitha (Jason Dunlap) Minnich of Grovetown, Georgia and Karri (Aaron) Burger of Goshen; a sister, Sandra (Timothy) Clark of Goshen; four grandchildren, Riley, Avery and Kailey Dunlap and Callen Burger and god-granddaughter, Stevie Plank.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by infant son, Michael Amsden.

Penny enjoyed traveling and reading mystery murder novels.  Her all-time favorite pass time was going to casinos.  Her grandchildren were a very special part of her life.  She was also a huge animal lover.

She worked for Trilogy Health Management for 12 ½ years.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 24, 2020, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  A private graveside service will be held at West Goshen Cemetery.
