Grace A. Hanshew

Grace A. Hanshew, 73, of Goshen, died Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Greencroft Healthcare.

She was born September 22, 1948 in Zanesville, Ohio to Delbert E. and Grace E. (Lambert) Pence.

On July 3, 1993 she married Danny Hanshew at Shipshewana Lake.

He survives along with her children, Amanda Anderson of Zanesville, Ohio, Sharon Page of Fort Wayne, and Forrest (Pamela) N. Carter, Jr. of Elkhart; a step-daughter, Ronda Fisel of Goshen; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Lou (Darrell) Yoder of Elkhart.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Pence and a sister, Barbara Downs.

Grace attended Maple City Chapel and enjoyed crafts, painting and sewing.

Visitation will be Monday, April 18, 2022 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, followed by a 6 p.m. funeral service. Pastor Gary Miller, Maple City Chapel, will officiate.

Cremation will take place after the service.
