Gloria Jean Clark

Gloria J. Clark, 91, of Goshen, died Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at Courtyard Healthcare.

She was born in Goshen February 2, 1929 to George and Bertha (Hartman) Culp.

On March 31, 1948 she married Kenneth V. Clark.  He died June 1, 2012.

Survivors include two sons, Rick (Jan) Clark and Karry Clark, both of Goshen; a step-daughter, Charlene (Rick) Nicholai of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren, Graham (Jenny) Clark, Keneat (Jame) Riley and Casey Clark; two step-grandchildren, Jeff and Joe Ladig; three great- grandchildren, Lincoln and Lilly Clark and Mason Riley and a sister, Barbara Grooms, Goshen.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jodie Clark; two sisters, June Barghahn and Mary Jane Wolfe; and five brothers, Wilbur, Loyal, George, Romaine and Robert Culp.

A 1947 graduate of Goshen High School, Mrs. Clark retired in 1991 after 18 years of employment from Johnson Controls.  She was a member of Plymouth United Church of Christ.

She spent 12 summers in Estes Park, Colorado and the 12 winters in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2020,  from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Rev. Tim Yoder will be officiating.

Burial will follow in West Goshen Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Jodie Clark’s Memorial Scholarship at Goshen High School Athletics.
