Glen Daniel Graber

Glen Daniel Graber, 89, passed away Saturday night, November 7, 2009, at Greencroft Healthcare, Goshen. He had lived in Goshen for eleven years.    He was born in Wayland, Iowa, on July 30, 1920, to the late Daniel S. and Anna Marie (Widmer) Graber. He married June Mable Straite in Taiwan, in 1948.  She preceded him in death in 1990.  Mr. Graber is survived by two sons, Daniel (Rose Waltner) Graber, Red Hill, Pennsylvania, David Graber, North Bend, Washington; two daughters, Kathryn (Gordon) Myers, Cleveland, Ohio, Vinnie Graber, Boone, Iowa; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wilber and Max; and one sister, Bessie. Mr. Graber was a member of the Eicher Mennonite Church in Wayland, Iowa, he was also a missionary in Asia.  There will be a memorial service at a later date in Wayland, Iowa.  Burial will be in Eicher Cemetery, Wayland, Iowa, at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the Mennonite Mission Network.
