Gladys Evelyn Brandeberry

Goshen-Gladys E. Brandeberry, 93, passed away Friday morning at Greencroft Healthcare where she had been the last week. She was born July 7, 1918, in Harrison Township of Elkhart County, to Chester H. and Florence (Gongwer) Blosser. She married Floyd M. Brandeberry July 24, 1938 in Wakarusa. He preceded her in death April 13, 2000. She is survived by her children, Karen (Stan) Miller and Larry (Marge) Brandeberry, both of Goshen; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Vera (Lamar) Loucks, Elkhart. A lifetime area resident, Mrs. Brandeberry was a member of Christian Fellowship. Always active in her church, in her earlier years she taught Sunday school, she loved to crochet, knit, oil paint, garden and help on the farm. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends in her home. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m., Monday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. An 11:00 a.m. memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at Christian Fellowship, 15510 C.R. 22, Middlebury. Pastor Craig Garber will officiate.
