Georgie M. Perdue

Georgie “Tiny” M. Perdue, 71 of Goshen died Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Goshen Hospital.

She was born September 27, 1947 in New Castle to Herbert and Dona (Davis) Carroll.

On January 20, 1974 she married Jerry Perdue.  He died July 3, 2015.

Survivors include six children, Herbert (Ida) Hammond, Donna (Joe) Dennis, Casey Hammond and Edward (Makayla) Hammond, all of Goshen, Melissa Hammond of Elkhart and Timothy Ruben (Tabitha) Hammond of Albany, Kentucky; 23 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; nine siblings, Tommy Carroll of Moorehead, Kentucky, Earl Carroll of Elkhart, Susie (Roy) Abbott of Goshen, Herbert “Osbie” Carroll, Randy Carroll, Bobby Carroll, Leonard (Patricia) Carroll, all of Monticello, Kentucky, Wanda (Kevin) Miller of Goshen, and Angie (Gary) Miller, also of Monticello, Kentucky.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Carroll, a sister, Tina Wallace and a granddaughter, Misty Hammond.

Georgie worked at Goshen Stamping prior to being disabled.  She enjoyed gardening, quilting, canning and watching soap operas.

Friends may call Saturday, April 20, 2019 from noon until the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.  Pastors Robert Clements, Sr. and Danny Yoder will officiate.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory, Goshen.
