Georgette Koronkiewicz, 80, of Goshen, passed away early Tuesday morning, July 21, 2015, at Courtyard Healthcare. She was born November 6, 1934 in Manchester, New Hampshire to George and Ella (Pelletier) Corriveau. On April 16, 1955 she married Albin J. Koronkiewicz in Manchester, New Hampshire. He died January 12, 2011. Survivors include a daughter, Darlene (Ralph) Roellig of Jonesborough, Tennessee; two sons, Dr. David (Sheila) Koronkiewicz of Goshen and Daniel J. Koronkiewicz of Elkhart; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Connie Goodspeed of Naples, Florida, and Jeanette Lavallee and Betty Depelteau, both of Manchester, New Hampshire and a brother, Richard Corriveau of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and five siblings, Rita Tourcote, Gertrude Gagnon, Yvonne Berard and Roger and Fernand Corriveau. Mrs. Koronkiewicz moved to Goshen 17 years ago from Chester, Pennsylvania where she worked for the Chester-Upland Community Schools. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post #30 in Goshen. Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory and private family services and burial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
