George J. Zollinger

George J. Zollinger, 93, of Goshen died Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at his home.

He was born October 18, 1924 in Goshen to George and Bertha (Mullin) Zollinger.

Survivors include a son, David (Lisa) Zollinger of Goshen; a daughter, Jane (Richard) Hart of Crestwood, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Mary Hart and Clayton Zollinger; and a sister, Marjorie Zollinger of Goshen.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Gosey in 1994, and a sister, Phyllis Hare.

George was a member at St. James Episcopal Church, 105 S. 6th Street, Goshen and the Elks Lodge.  He attended Purdue University, West Lafayette, and worked as a drafter at Magnavox Electronics before his retirement.

Friends may call Monday, January 15, 2018 from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen where an 11 a.m. memorial service will be conducted.  Rev. Larry Biller will officiate.

Cremation has taken place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.  Burial at Violett Cemetery will follow the service.
