George E. Kalich

George E. Kalich, 90, of Goshen died Friday, June 19, 2026, at Goshen Hospital.

He was born October 22, 1935, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to Michael and Margaret (Dosen) Kalich.

On September 10, 1960, he married Mary Mello in Massachusetts. She preceded him in death in January of 2005.

He is survived by sons George E. Jr., (Judy) Kalich of New Paris and Benjamin (Dory) Kalich of Plattsburgh, New York.

A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Kalich completed an associate’s degree in electrical engineering. After his honorable discharge he managed Sherwin Williams and Devoe Paint Stores in Massachusetts.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 23, 2026 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor John Randolph, People’s Bible Church will officiate.

Burial will follow at Benton Lutheran Cemetery, Goshen.
