George Culley, Jr.

George Culley, Jr., 54, of Goshen, died at his home Friday afternoon, October 12, 2012. He had been ill since June. He was born July 23, 1958 in Anderson to George and Lula (Harney) Culley. He married Lisa Zachary July 29, 1989 in Goshen. She survives . Also surviving are two children, Justin Zachary and Chelsey (Scott) Deppe, both of Goshen; four grandchildren, Tyler Schrock, Amiya and Chance Zachary and Brooklyn Deppe; his mother, Lula Culley, Anderson; and two sisters, Kathy (Bruce) Nichols of Shipshewana and Rhonda (Roy, Jr.) Stephens of Anderson. He was preceded in death by his father and a granddaughter, Mckenzie Zachary. A longtime Goshen resident, Mr. Culley worked in the RV industry. He attended Highland High School. He enjoyed NASCAR racing and taking his grandchildren fishing. A very outgoing person, people remembered him after meeting him. He was blessed with two new grandchildren this summer. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, and one hour prior to the 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2012, funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
