George "David" Baker

George "David" Baker, 67, of Goshen, died Tuesday afternoon, November 10, 2015, at Courtyard Healthcare. He was born December 22, 1947 in Chula Vista, California to Lawrence Edgar and Florence (Sa) Baker. On September 9, 1999 he married Annaliese Kastenmuller in Breitbrunn, Germany. She survives along with two sons, Josef and Stefan Wohlschlager-Baker, both of Germany; two step-sons, Martin and Norbert Loy, both of Germany; a brother, Lawrence (Maureen) Baker of Crestview, Florida; and two sisters, Barbara Jean Robinson of Alta, Georgia and Linda Jo Baker of Sacramento, California; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Baker retired from the U.S. Army in 1986. He owned and operated Telecom, a telephone communication business in Germany. In the U.S. he worked as an independent truck driver. He enjoyed watching football and playing cribbage. Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory and there will be no local services. Family services will be held in Germany.
