Genevieve N. Hussey

Genevieve N. Hussey, 89, of Goshen, died Sunday evening, June 22, 2008, at Greencroft Healthcare where she had been admitted February 25, 2005. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, on May 15, 1919, to Edward and Mary (Shea) Hussey. Miss Hussey worked for several companies in the Detroit area in clerical work.  She was the caretaker for 35 years for her mother.  She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen. She is survived by a brother, Edward (Mariana) Hussey of Goshen. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marian Lutz and Virginia Schueren; and a brother, Martin Hussey. Friends may call 11:30 a.m. to 12, noon on Wednesday, July 2, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen. A funeral mass will be conducted at 12, noon, on Wednesday, July 2, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen.  Father Christopher Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen.
