Gary Daniels

Gerhard “Gary” Victor Daniels, 64, of Elkhart, died on Friday, September 26, 2025, in Goshen.

He was born June 22, 1961, in Johnson City, New York, to Arveed and Janeane (Croft)  Daniels.

He is survived by his daughter, Victoria (Gary) Arnold, Kingsport, Tennessee, girlfriend Geraldine “Jeri” Darkwood, Goshen; one grandchild, and sisters Sue (Richard) Karpensky, Knob Noster, Missouri, and Carol Ann (Mark) Ryan, Chenango Bridge, New York.

Gary was preceded in death by his sisters Keta Chamberlain and Jerilynn Goodrich.

Gary was a commercial truck driver by trade and loved being on the road. He especially enjoyed driving for the Amish, and at one time, owned and operated his own trucking company.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at a later date in New York.
