Jeanette Miller, 87, of Goshen died Wednesday afternoon, November 16, 2016 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
She was born July 20, 1929 in Goshen to Clarence and Laura (Cripe) Twiford.
On April 13, 1946 she married Jay Alvin Miller in Michigan City. He died January 28, 2016.
Survivors include her children, Steve (Mavis) Miller of Goshen, Dave (Margaret) Miller of Bristol, Janice Pearson of Goshen and Randy (Sue Howell) Miller of Middlebury; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Dave Miller; her siblings; brothers, Elery and Jay Twiford; and sisters, Lois Logan and Geraldine Salisbury.
A lifelong area resident, Jeanette was a homemaker and attended New Life Church, Bristol. She spent time working at Judd’s Drugstore and Phillips Pharmacy along with delivering R.V.’s with Jay, travelling to 48 states.
Jeanette loved the Lord and enjoyed bike riding and spending time with family and her dog, Muffin.
Visitation will begin Monday, November 21, 2016 at 11 a.m. prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Terry J. Tyler will officiate.
Burial will follow at West Goshen Cemetery.
