Frank H. Detwiler

Frank H. Detwiler, 93, of Goshen, died early Sunday morning, Dec. 11, 2016 at his home.

He was born December 31, 1922 in Bristol to Samuel H. and Sylvia A. (Rought) Detwiler.

On January 1, 1948 he married Martha A. Bell in Bronson, Michigan.

She survives along with four daughters, Sharon (Donald) Gingerich of Goshen, Connie (David) Blough of Bristol, Lois (Ron) Lanzon of Fremont, and Peggy Detwiler of Goshen; a son, Steve (Debbie) Detwiler of Bristol; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Watts of Marcellus, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Belle Morningstar, Lois Bell and Lillian Sweat; and two brothers, James and LeRoy Detwiler.

Frank was a hard worker in whatever he did; farming, cabinet making or building houses. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior at the age of 92.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.  Burial at Neff Cemetery will be at a later date.
