Francis Dean Miller

Francis Dean Miller, 86, of Goshen, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024, at Greencroft Healthcare.

He was born June 1, 1937 in Kalona, Iowa to Annas and Ursula (Swartzendruber) Miller.

On June 21, 1958 he married Marcile Kauffman in Goshen.

She survives along with three children, Daryl (Tammie) Miller of Goshen, Donita (Chris) Bauer of Milton, Tennessee, and Darren Miller of Elkhart; five grandchildren, Sarah E. (Mark Ferns) Miller of Vancouver, British Columbia, Nicholas (Hailey) Miller of Grand Junction, Colorado, Megan Bauer of Sarasota, Florida, Michelle (Dr. Dustin) Blodgett of Sandy, Utah and Ryan Bauer of Cookeville, Tennessee; a great-granddaughter, Audrey Ann Blodgett and three siblings, Marcia E. Miller and Galen D. (Sue Neeb) Miller, both of Goshen and Loren E. Miller of Ohio.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Ventura.

A farmer, Mr. Miller attended Clinton Frame Church where he served as Sunday School Superintendent.  He was a member of the Kiwanis Sunrisers Club and the local John Deere Tractor Club.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 3 to 6 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Clinton Frame Church.  A 10 a.m. memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the church with Pastors Sebastiano Rosa and Julie Lehman officiating.
