Frances E. Lehman, 94, of Goshen, died late Friday night, December 28, 2007, at Greencroft Healthcare where she had been since December 26.  She had been a patient at Goshen General Hospital since December 9. She was born in Berlin, Ohio on August 6, 1913, to Hervey and Emma (Yoder) Schnell.  She married Marion A. Lehman on June 28, 1941, in Orville, Ohio.  He survives. A homemaker, Mrs. Lehman taught 5 th grade in Orville, Ohio for seven years.  She and her husband served as a Community Home for Oaklawn Mental Health Center in Goshen for 27 years. A 1931 graduate of Orrville High School, Mrs. Lehman then graduated from Kent State University.  She was a member of College Mennonite Church. She is survived by her husband, Marion; two sons, Kermit (Elsie) Lehman of Waltham, Massachusetts, and Rex Lehman of Goshen; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary (Denton) Croyle of Wadsworth, Ohio; and a brother, Kempes (Ann) Schnell of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by a son, Eric Lehman on April 4, 2002 and a sister, Myrtle Hertzler. Friends will be received 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, January 7, at the College Mennonite Church, Goshen. A 2:00 p.m., memorial service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2008, at College Mennonite Church, Goshen.  Pastor Gary Martin and Pastor Klaudia Smucker will officiate. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to Goshen College, Heifer International or Oaklawn Mental Health Center.
