Frances Lucille Haines

Frances L. Haines, 94, of Goshen, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Greencroft Goshen Health Care.

She was born March 21, 1923 in Goshen to Rudolph and Iva (Haney) Tulley.

On February 23, 1947 she married Paul E. “Bud” Haines in New Paris.  He died May 26, 2014.

Survivors include four children, Michael (Christina) Haines of Clover, South Carolina, JoEllen (Rex) Eisenhour of Torrance, California, RaeJean (Ivan) Anderson of Goshen and Patrick Haines of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Joshua and Caleb (Lori) Haines and Travis (Charlotte) Eisenhour; and two great-grandchildren, Riley Haines and Wesley Eisenhour.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Sara Eisenhour; two sisters, Lillie Sumpter and Violet Replogle; a step-sister, Dorothy Downing and two brothers, Herbert and Rudolph Jr. Tulley.

A homemaker, Mrs. Haines was a member of New Paris Missionary Church.

Friends may call Wednesday, July 26, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the 10 a.m., Thursday funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Gideon’s International.
