Ezra J. Chupp, 81, of Goshen died Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at home on Goshen Hospice.
He was born August 27, 1943 in Batavia, New York to Jacob and Edith (Ressler) Chupp.
On August 26, 1967 he married Phyllis J. Bradley in Goshen.
She survives along with two sons, Jeffrey (Anita) Chupp and Richard (Jennifer) Chupp, both of Goshen; four grandchildren, Richard Chupp, Jr., Bradley Chupp, Sarah (John) Cummings and Michael (Destinee) Chupp; siblings, Grace (Lon) Shupp of White Pigeon, Michigan, Charles (Diane) Chupp and Donald (Janet) Chupp, both of Elkhart, Marvin (Connie) Chupp of Millersburg, and Melvin (Heidi) Chupp of Cromwell; sister-in-law, Loretta Chupp; and step-brothers, John (Diane) Bradley of Syracuse, Jeffrey (Jackie) Bradley of Milford and James (Pam) Bradley of Goshen.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Carl E. Chupp.
Mr. Chupp worked as a welder in the livestock industry. He was a family man who enjoyed bowling and being outside, golfing, fishing or clay shooting.
Visitation will take place Saturday, May 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where an 11:30 a.m. funeral service will take place. Rev. Terry Tyler will officiate.
Burial will follow at Milford Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be directed to the family to assist with final expenses.
