Etheleen Prince

Etheleen Prince, 85, of Goshen, died late Friday night, August 12, 2011 at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born May 3, 1926 in Vernon, Alabama, to the late Grady R. and Minnie (Carter) Henderson. She married Vince H. Prince on April 12, 1940, in Arkansas. He died in 1991. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia A. Evans of Goshen; a grandson, Robert Evans of Lakewood, Washington; two sisters, Virgie (Jim) Chism and Clifford Henderson, both of Columbus, Mississippi; a brother, Ollie (Linda) Henderson of Millport, Alabama; and her caretaker, Catherine Miller of Goshen. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer and Curtis Henderson. A Goshen resident since 1954, Mrs. Prince was a member of Solomon Creek United Methodist Church. She had worked at IXL in Goshen for six years and Ventline in Bristol for 27 years. There will be no services at this time. Her body will be cremated and burial of her ashes will be at a later date.
