Erma L. Wyatt

Erma L. Wyatt, 84, of Goshen, went to be with the Lord, Monday, January 15, 2018 at Goshen Hospital.

She was born July 9, 1933 in West Virginia to Johnsie and Verna (Rider) Elswick.

On January 23, 1954 she married John A. Wyatt in Cleveland, Ohio.  He preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda (Rick) Miller of Goshen; two grandsons, Brandon and Zachary Miller; a great-grandson, Grady Miller; and being the oldest of eight children, she leaves behind seven siblings, Don (Edna) Elswick of Tazewell, Virginia, Euell (Nora) Elswick of Middlebury, Kaye Miller of Goshen, Darlene (Bill) Conley of Goshen, John Paul (Tamara) Elswick of Illinois, Toni (Leon) Askew of Goshen and Joni Taylor of Elkhart.

Erma attended Calvary Assembly of God, Elkhart, when her health allowed.  She enjoyed reading her Bible and was a true believer with a strong faith that leaves no doubt she is rejoicing in heaven with Jesus.

Erma delighted in spending time with her family and rejoiced in time spent with great-grandson Grady.

She worked in production at Johnson Controls for many years.  After retirement she worked in the cafeteria at Goshen High School where she enjoyed interacting with students.

Friends may call Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where an 11 a.m. Friday funeral service will be conducted.  Pastor Mark Johnson, Life Tabernacle Church, Elkhart, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
