Emma Mullet, 96, of Woodstock, Georgia and formerly of Goshen, died Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Merrill Gardens at Woodstock.

She was born February 20, 1927 in Haven, Kansas to Samuel T. and Mary (Bontrager) Schrock.

She married Ruben Mullet on February 12, 1955 in Elkhart. He died January 3, 2013.

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Michael) Merrick of Rome, Georgia; three sons, Dana Mullet and Steven Mullet, both of Goshen, and James (Annette) Mullet of Indianapolis; six grandchildren, Tony, Greg, Jeff and Jason Merrick and Leslie and Alex Mullet; two step-grandsons, Derek and Connor Cameron; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Mae Miller of Middlebury and a brother, Eli Schrock of Bradenton, Florida.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emily Jean Merrick; five sisters, Clara Schrock, Sarah Noelle, Katie Eash, Wilma Wingard and Anna Miller; and four brothers, Edward "Ed", Felty, Levi and Samuel "Sam" Schrock, Jr.

Mrs. Mullet was a long-time member of Pleasant View Church, Goshen. She was an excellent cook and housekeeper. Being there for her family was a priority.

Visitation will be Friday, August, 4, 2023 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10:30 a.m., memorial service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Private burial will take place at Pleasant View Cemetery.
