Elsa Ortiz, 51, of Goshen, died Friday, June 23, 2017 at her home following a seven year struggle with cancer.
She was born May 17, 1966 in Mexico City, Mexico to José De Jesus and Beatriz Arias Mendoza.
Her mother survives along with a son, Martin Fuentes of Goshen; a daughter, Zyanya Fuentes of Goshen; a sister, Beatriz (Sergio) Calderon of Goshen; and two brothers, Francisco (Blanca) Ortiz of South Bend, and Aaron Ortiz of Goshen.
Elsa was a loving homemaker and member of Comunidad Cristiana Adulam.
A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Comunidad Cristiana Adulam, 19938 County Road 38, Goshen. Pastor José Guitierrez will officiate.
Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory, Goshen.
