Elizabeth Ann Wenger

Elizabeth A. Wenger, age 75, died peacefully at her residence in Goshen, on July 9, 2022.

Liz was born August 18, 1946 and lived her whole life in Goshen.  She was a graduate of Bethany Christian High School and attended Goshen College.  Liz was an artist, specializing in needlepoint.  She relished the opportunity to engage in conversation on literary, artistic and theological topics with those who passed through her door.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Ruth Detweiler Wenger and a brother John Paul Wenger.  She is survived by brother Daniel (Anita) Wenger and sister Mary (J. Denny) Weaver, nieces, nephews and a wide variety of friends from different walks of life.

She was a member of College Mennonite Church.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022, starting at 10:30 a.m. in the Gathering Room at College Mennonite Church, Goshen.
