Elizabeth Mae Glick

Elizabeth Mae Glick, 60, of Goshen passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at Goshen Hospital.

She was born September 20, 1956 in Topeka to John and Verna (Yoder) Hershberger Glick.

Elizabeth lived her lifetime in the area, the last decades at Courtyard Healthcare Center in Goshen where she was a longtime resident due to being wheelchair bound.

At Courtyard her friendly and caring personality won her many friends over the years among the residents, staff and visitors.  Although she dealt with lifetime physical disabilities she did not complain, and her valiant spirit was an inspiration.  She was a member of the Amish church.

Elizabeth is survived by three sisters, Katie (Larry) Mast and Mary Ellen Sisson, both of Goshen and Ann Randall of Boone, North Carolina and a brother, Melvin (Mary) Hershberger of Topeka; eight nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Daniel Hershberger and a brother-in-law, Mike Sisson.

Family and friends may call Tuesday, February 28, 2017 afternoon and evening at the Melvin Hershberger residence, 8765 West 700 South, Topeka.  A Wednesday, March 1, 2017 funeral service will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Hershberger residence.  Glen Lambright and home ministers will be officiating.

Burial will follow in Hawpatch Cemetery, Topeka.
