Elaine I. Anderson

Elaine I. Anderson, 63, of Elkhart died Sunday, December 25, 2022, at Goshen Hospital.

She was born June 23, 1959, in Bismark, North Dakota to Norlyn and Verda (Dougherty) Anderson. They preceded her in death.

Survivors include three children, Tyffanie Frederick, and Joshua Frederick, both of Columbia City, and Tia Rice of New Paris; seven grandchildren; a sister, Ann (Doug) Bender of Goshen; a brother, Ralph (Trina) Anderson of Elkhart; a sister-in-law, Cindy Anderson of South Carolina; and mother-in-law, Jean Zollinger of New Paris.

Along with her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her life partner, Tim Rice; a granddaughter, Bailey; and a brother, David Anderson.

Elaine was a retired phlebotomist and member of Goshen Life Center. She had interest as a painter and seamstress. She enjoyed crocheting and baking for her family.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
