Edward E. Eyer, 87, of Goshen, died August 2, 2017 at Courtyard Health Care.
He was born Feb. 20, 1930 and married Phyllis Hower in 1955.
He was a member of the Goshen Iron Horseman, served in the army during the Korean War and is a lifetime member of the VFW.
He was retired from Goshen Rubber after 44 years and lived in Mulberry, FL for 17 years before returning to Goshen.
Deceased are his parents, Roy and Hilda Eyer, and brothers, Robert and Richard Eyer.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; a brother Thomas (Rose) of Bryan, Ohio; a daughter, Karen (David) Wolber of Goshen; two sons, Scot (Lavinnia) of Goshen and Bryan of South Bend; and grandchildren Stephanie (Andrew) Stankovich of Bristol, and Nicholas of Goshen.
A private burial will take place at Violett Cemetery at a later date.
