Edna Marie Weirich

Edna Marie Weirich, 82, of Millersburg, died Tuesday morning, April 29, 2014, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born June 22, 1931 in Garnett, Kansas to Jake D. and Elizabeth (Yoder) Plank. On March 17, 1951 she married Manasses S. Weirich in Middlebury. He died April 15, 2014. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Weirich of New Paris and a son, Brian (Lisa) Weirich of Millersburg; and two sisters, Irene McGill and Wilma Musselman, both of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. A member of Zion Community Church, Mrs. Weirich worked as a seamstress at Jean Lee Originals and later in the final finish dept at Carriage, Inc. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. An 11 a.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014, graveside service will be conducted at Gracelawn Cemetery, Middlebury. Pastor Chris Howell, Zion Community Church, will officiate. Memorial contributions may be given to IU Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care or Noble County Humane Society.
