Edna May Neff

Edna May Neff, 90, of Goshen, died Thursday afternoon, August 13, 2009, at Courtyard of Goshen.  She had been in failin health the past two years. She was born in Syracuse on October 2, 1918, to John and Jane (Hann) Hurtig.  She married Joseph Neff on June 15, 1946 in South Bend.  He died June 22, 1969, A Goshen resident since 1941, Mrs. Neff worked at Barler Manufacturing for 29 years.  She was a member of the First Church of God, Goshen, and a graduate of Syracuse High School. She is survived by a sister, Mary David of Goshen; two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Margaret Jones. Friends and family will meet at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home on Saturday, August 15, at 11:15 to go in procession to Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen, for an 11:30 am graveside service.  Rev. Troy School of the First Church of God will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the First Church of God.
