Dwight D. Miller, 84 of Goshen died Thursday morning, September 17, 2015 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing. He was born December 17, 1930 in LaGrange County to J. Elmer and Rosa (Yoder) Miller. On March 15, 1952 he married Lois June Vincent in Middlebury. She preceded him in death in 2005. He is survived by a daughter, Melody (Howard) Hickok of Goshen; two sons, Gary (Linda) Miller of Goshen and Michael (Tina) Miller of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four sisters, Helen (Wayne) Neff of LaGrange, Rosalie Yoder of Topeka, Marilyn (Lester) Burky of Whiting and Carolyn Dillon of Goshen; and a brother, Duane (Shelby) Miller of Elkhart. Along with his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Miller and a sister, Ruth Lambright. A lifelong area resident Dwight worked as an auctioneer and real estate agent. He farmed for many years and was a member at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Goshen. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a 10 a.m. Monday, September 21, 2015 funeral service will be held. Rev. David Cummings, Nappanee Missionary Church will officiate. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be directed to Harbor Light Hospice.
