Dorothy M. Zollinger, 95, died Tuesday morning, July 13, 2010 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing, Goshen.  She had been ill for three years after suffering a stroke.  She was born March 2, 1915 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Clyde and Ethel (Cochran) Markham.  She spent most of her life in the Goshen/Middlebury area.  She married Kenneth J. Zollinger on May 20, 1933, in Goshen.  He preceded her in death on May 28, 1977.  A homemaker, Mrs. Zollinger also worked at the Chase Bag Company for 10 years.  She was a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Goshen, and the Goshen VFW Women’s Auxiliary.     She is survived by two daughters, Linda (Jim) K. Cline, Goshen, Susan (Phil) Amiss, Elkhart; one son, Steven Zollinger, Goshen; one brother Don (Martha) Markham, Goshen; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth L. Zollinger; two sisters, Fern Whitehead, Betty Dascoli; two brothers, Earl and Richard Markham; and three grandchildren.  Friends may call from 9-11 a.m., Friday, July 16, 2010 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held at Violett Cemetery, Goshen, following the visitation on Friday at 11 a.m.  The Rev. O’Dell Hughes will officiate.  Memorials may be made out to the Boys and Girls Club of Goshen.
